generally nice, but somewhat noisy
great location friendly staff thin windows street noise
the location was great. i could reach many sights easily. the staff were friendly. they also helped me a lot with umbrellas whenever it rained. they really dashed for me
my room was at the front and it was noisy. i heard everything from the street because the windows felt really thin. ear plugs was in the room, but it don't helped much.

helpful staff attentive doormen
the staff was helpful. the doormen were particularly attentive, ready with umbrellas when it rained. they also helped me cross the busy road to get taxis.
The room lighting was mood lighting. It was not functional lighting.

a romantic escape
captivating decor jazz music
I found the decor really captivating. It seemed like stepping into a carefully curated dream. the jazz music wafting through the air in the restaurant added a layer of romance to every moment, and i totally enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. the cocktails were really delicious, and i liked how well they were made. It seemed like a special treat each evening.
the lighting in the room felt quite dim, challenging to do simple tasks like reading, though it did create a moody atmosphere. it could use improvement, maybe with brighter lamps or more directed lighting options. hopefully, they can improve this minor issue.

the hotel is a short walk from khao san road, an eight-minute stroll. chinatown is also nearby, a comfortable walk from the hotel. 7/11 is right next door for added convenience.

The staff was friendly and helpful . I appreciated their assistance with directions. The hotel has a jazz bar that has live music. I enjoyed having cocktails there.
The room was quite dark. It made tasks like reading difficult. My room faced the front of the hotel, and I found it very noisy. Street sounds were audible even with earplugs.

A Gem in the City Center
unique decor perfect service live jazz
I appreciated the unique decor. The staff offered perfect service, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially enjoyed the live jazz music in the evenings in the jazz bar. It created a vibrant, enjoyable atmosphere. The location was very convenient, close to local food markets and attractions.
The rooms are a bit dark, which might not suit everyone's preference.

The cafe downstairs offered a selection of local coffee. I tried the Chiang Mai coffee, and the presentation was gorgeous!!! The hotel's cuisine is excellent, with a nice selection of local dishes. Cocktails were superb.
